At first it looked like a regular bottle of water with a fancy label, i read a few facts glancing over the bottle and deciding if the price was worth it, and so it was (also because I like to try new things). I got home sat down, and read the instructions, there is a knob on top of the bottle cap which you must twist and shake before drinking.
