Fruits Around the World
Variety in healthy eating is essential to a long life full of strength. Being a vegetarian I can say that its not as bad as most non-vegetarians would think. If your goal is to stop eating meat then the key is to start of slow, it's sort of like an alcoholic stops drinking cold turkey after drinking alcohol for many many years, It's just not good for some peoples body, especially if they end up eating meat in every meal they eat. I started off eating meat maybe once or twice a week, then it went to being a pescatarian, or just eating fish in lue of meat. After a while i would eat no more meat, no fish, no cow, no chicken, no animal.
